Just wanted to say thanks for "loaning" Quick to Team USA. He was, IMO, the best player on the ice in all of our games. He poured it all out on the ice.....that semi could easily have been a rout without him. It was nice to have him playing for my side for once instead of watching him stonewall the Blues. Sorry to see Team USA leave him hanging out to dry in the latter stages of the Bronze game.

Anyway, enjoy this guy b/c he's just an incredible talent.

Thanks buddy!

Good to hear an outside perspective that wasn't "lol Quick, go Miller." It was also nice to see Backes play like a beast and Oshie be a hero, even if the medal round didn't go as planned for ANY of our players.

Thanks to you as well. We were all really proud of Oshie and Backes. I never thought we matched up well against Canada, but Quick kept us in it and gave us a chance in the end. A little puck luck and who knows?

Anyway, back to the NHL.....the Olympics have been fun but I'm ready for the real competition to renew!

I'm hoping the Blues can grab a goalie before the trade deadline.

Good luck to you guys the rest of the way!

Thanks. I think fans of teams that have to deal with Quick on a regular basis have a better appreciation for his talent. I liked Oshie in this tournament and was glad when I saw him constantly telling reporters he had a partner in the shootout and that was quite humble of him.

It's too bad we're back to being opponents again.

I hope Quick comes back for Peongchang, get some blues in front of him and some more D and O to help him bear the weight of a nation. Go USA
