Question, is the wjc considered Olympic Games?

Hello everyone,
I came across this plaque for a framed jersey and I was wondering if it's correct or incorrect. As you can see, on the second line it says Olympic gold medal. What would be the right way to put it? Thank you for your help

No, The Olympics are staged by the IOC. The WJC is not part of the IOC nor does the yearly tournament conform to The Winter Olympic's once-every-four-year schedule (The Summer Olympics are also chaired by the IOC but happen in between the four year interval. Removing "Olympic" and just having "Gold Medal" would make it correct.
