I am so proud of this team already. They have done so much more than anyone expected from them.
All the naysayers before the game..."we can't win, we don't have the players, etc, etc" some were even giving up down 2-1 in the 1st period.

Just goes to show.

It doesn't work like that. Coach is responcible for the system. Players are playing in the system. A bad coach can definately ruin a good team, look at Blues.

I am not saying Gronborg is bad btw, but this year, smth is definately lacking. In 2018 team played much better defence.

Bit different in a short tournament then the blues that play together all year. Some of these swedes are playing NHL-style on big ice. Its what hurts them. Something tells me Grönborg has told them how to play but sometimes they resort to what they know.

Still think Lankinen > Olkinuora? You can make excuses for all goals, but goalies are allowed to make saves, too. Lankinen's been bad all tournament, Jalonen doesn't use his eyes and here's the result. Such a waste.

That shot was just perfect. Slightly to the right and I think it hits the players or the goalie, slightly to the left and it bounces off from the post.
