Could probably extrapolate a step further and a say president's trophy winner to removed from the league for bringing the sport into disrepute within 4 years. At this rate we'll be lucky to be allowed to maintain our AHL affiliate.

Still, just shy of 100 years is a pretty good run #valeNYR

It’s already been stated, we will make the playoffs and lose in the first or second round. Just the truth of the matter. Plus everyone should just be ready for this team to be the exact same as last year barring any trades

FWIW anything is always possible. Still some things seem more like overreach than others.....also some people need hugs and consolation a lot more than others. It's a little early for suicide notes. FWIW (again) I think Drury did a better patch job of top 6 winger to play with Mika and Chris than he did all of last year. That said considering the Trouba business Drury seems intent on reconstructing our defense somehow or other. I'm curious about that because subtract Jacob and maybe then subtract Lindgren it's not clear that we have any replacements. I guess he's got the rest of the summer to figure it out.

Anyway looking at the two clowns vying for the top job this November I'm a little more concerned about that.....though as in the above situation pretty helpless to do anything about it. Life will go on somehow until it doesn't.
