I'm comparing a basic skill that can be evaluated against any level of competition. It's not within a frame of reference, it is an objective evaluation of a skill.

Puck skills don't magically disappear against better competition.

Did you see his first goal in the AHL last year after deking two players? This is not objective, it’s contextual and the only way we could compare them today is with Reinbacher being in the OHL and having more time and space. He’s unlikely to be as good as Pietrangelo, but your comparison doesn’t hold on basic logic.
