Yes, new thread. We now know what the squads look like so a new thread fits well.

Canada and USA are the favorites, pretty clear for me.

Finland and Czechia is the best behind.

Slovakia lost many players, i have them 5th strongest shared with Germany.

Sweden, Latvia, Switzerland and Austria is the weakest teams.

I think Finland might be the favorites, either them or Canada. USA is weakened too much in goal but should still contend. Sweden is bringing a pretty meh roster but should also be good enough to contend.

I think Lambert is going to take this tournament apart.

Ra... i like your passion..i really do. This prediction is not based in reality. Sweden have an incredibly easy path to 2nd place and it won't be close. The Swiss Roster is terrible and it is still better than what Germany and Austria have. The 2 vs 3 crossover will be interesting but Sweden are not finishing 4th and you need to stop with this nonsense to be taken seriously.

That's a pretty high negativity.
Canada is number 1 favorite to me to win this whole goddamn tourney.
If Canada isn't one team playing in gold medal game then something is terribly wrong.

Bedard, Mctavish and Stankoven trio are difference makers
and those guys will steal games for Canada's advantage.

Finland has OK team in this tournament but i see them being favorites to win Bronze.
Gold would be great but we are already won Olympics and IIHF worlds this year.
So now it's Canada's turn to win in their home ice.
