Still to early to say on some teams.
Right now Dallas will 100% be worse than last year, that's the only prediction i'd make

Don't discount Montreal's tanking skills.
The Flames aren’t even trying in FA. Which is the correct move. They won’t be anywhere close to the cap. The tank is on.

Edit: Even with their new contracts they’re still 20 million under the cap and I wouldn’t expect them to make any big moves.

I am not sure if you inadvertently missed a few teams, but I could see Buffalo being relegated to the AHL (not Minnesota though).

Conroy is doing a good job there. A top 3 pick would really make that "reset" look nice.
