Hischier looks incredible

They couldn't even remotely handle him down low.

He was dominating their d with his speed and his stops and starts.

Not that it matters, but that's incorrect. Usa was up 4-2 with 8 seconds left. Swiss scored to make it a 4-3 final.

Yes and USA sat out a few of their best players. But them Swiss play hard .Tonite the Goalie for Swiss looked a bit off .Shaky..

They didn't look soft to me... when they wanted to fight for the puck they could.

That being said - poor consistency of effort. Some of them looked like they weren't trying at certain points of the game. I get that it's exhibition and hopefully when the real games start - there is more consistent compete.

This team hardly looks like a machine though.

Good thing he helped out on the goal because he got completely worked over by Hischier moments before.

I liked what I saw in the 3 warm up games for the most part.

The Swiss are Canadas kryptonite...we always have a tough time with them.

In a way having a close game last night might have been a good thing. It shows Canada that they are not immune to struggles and shows that there are still things to work towards. If they just outright crushed the Swiss the team could become complacent. At least if they are going to blow a 3-0 it's in a previous tournment game.

The tournament hasn't even started yet and the Strome fatigue has set in. Did you hear that he grew up 15 minutes from the ACC?
