Man, if Bracco ever makes it to the NHL I wonder what he can do. I'm very curious to see him as a prospect.

We've seen prolific scorers at his age become nothing, and we've seen prolific scorers at his age become game-breakers.

Only time will tell, does his game remind anyone else of Marc Savard?

Looked fine. Didn't really stand out either way. Looked like a solid, yet unspectacular group of forwards. They use each other very well. Looks like Keller and Bracco will be the offensive catalysts based on what I saw last night.

Thanks. No surprise there. Keller and Bracco are high skill players.

I think you'll see an unsuspecting forward be a big contributor as the tournament progresses. Usually happens with a player every year. My candidates for that are Thompson and Foley. Thompson was excellent in the game vs Canada this summer and sounds like Foley was good last night too, just didn't get on the score sheet. These two could break out after a couple games. Just two guys who aren't the go to ones to watch right now but two potential coming out candidates in this tournament. Jack Achan could be that guy on the back end.

Foley is a beast along the boards and is underrated offensively. Assisted on two goals last night, first winning a board battle and taking the puck to the net and then on a slick two on one with Roslovic.

Thompson certainly has a spectacular one-timer. Achan plays a heady game that really knows how to play to his strengths. Foley was impressive last night. Great along the boards, has a very active stick and has some speed. Very strong skating squad, as per the majority of American teams.
