EDIT: GM MacLellan said on July 3 at rookie development camp in Virginia that the team is probably done making moves. His plan is to go into the year with 8 NHL D. From camp, Ryan Leonard said he considered a Caps offer to turn pro for next year, but ultimately decided to try and win a championship with BC this upcoming year. He wants to be fully developed when he makes the jump to DC permanently. So he's not coming this year.

T.J. Oshie was interviewed on July 3 as well and is trying to find solutions for his back ailments as he prepares to start up his offseason training. The team is proceeding as though he's probably headed for LTIR and he acknowledges that real possibility. He could be in that lineup mix, if he can get healthy, though it would require a roster shuffle if so. This is the last year of his contract.

Nicklas Backstrom is LTIRetired. In the offseason, his contract shows up and "counts" against the cap + 10 percent overage allowance, but he then goes on LTIR when the season begins. This is the last year of his contract.

The Caps are retaining $3.9M on Evgeny Kuznetsov this season. This is the last year of his contract.

They probably have to trade a D, perhaps TVR.

Clear a forward roster spot for Ryan Leonard, if he decides to turn pro.
This is huge improvement from the last year. Nice to see targeted acquisitions.

Canucks:

Hoglander - Pettersson - DeBrusk
Heinen - Miller - Boeser
Joshua - Blueger - Garland
Podkolzin - Suter - Sherwood

Hughes - Hronek
Soucy - Myers
Forbort - Juulsen

Demko
(Silovs - unsigned RFA)

The defence doesnt look pretty in the bottom 4, 5M capspace with 2.5 LTIR coming in the fall though
Swap Heinen for suter, I don’t think they break up that line

Feels like there's still a forward to be added for the Devils, but my best guess:

(tbd)-Hughes-Bratt
Meier-Hischier-Mercer
Palat-Haula-Noesen
Cotter-Lazar-Bastian
Foote-MacDermid

Siegenthaler-Hamilton
Hughes-Pesce
Dillon-Nemec
Kovacevic

Markstrom-Allen

Wouldn't be shocked if they signed a utility 14th forward (last year it was Chris Tierney) and Nolan Foote ended up hitting the waiver wire or being moved. Erik Haula played a chunk of last season on the Hughes line, but we'll see how the new coaching staff chooses to deploy them.

Wouldn’t you post your own, if making a thread?
Calgary will be a bit of a blender, and likely still have a 2nd pair defenseman to sign whether that’s Kylington or otherwise. Currently probably looks something like:

Huberdeau-Sharangovich-Mantha
Zary-Kadri-Kuzmenko
Pelletier-Backlund-Coleman
Lomberg-Pospisil-Coronato

Weegar-Andersson
Bahl-Kylington/x
Bean-Miromanov

Vladar
Wolf
Cooley

Forward group could be almost any mix with the only constants I’d imagine being Backlund and Coleman together as well as potentially Huberdeau and Sharangovich. The kids get increased roles as the club makes decisions on players like Mantha and Kuzmenko.
Another likely forward iteration:

Huberdeau-Zary-Sharangovich
Kuzmenko-Kadri-Mantha
Coleman-Backlund-Coronato
Pelletier-Pospisil-Lomberg

No UFA signings yet, so still subject to change, but Blues lines could very well be:

Bolduc - Thomas - Neighbours
Saad - Buchnevich - Kyrou
Texier - Schenn - Silvegard/Kapanen
Walker - Sundqvist/Dean - Toropchenko

Leddy - Parayko
Krug - Kessel
Perunovich - Faulk

Huge changes for MN:

Kaprizov - Eriksson Ek - Boldy
Johanssen - Rossi - Zuccarello
Ohgren - Khusnutdinov - Hartman
Foligno - Trenin - Gaudreau/Lauko

I'm very worried the 3rd and 4th line LWs and Cs are going to flop in actuality.

Brodin - Faber
Middleton - Spurgeon
Chisholm - Bogosian
Merrill

Fleury/Gustavsson
