Enough doom and gloom!

What were your pleasant surprises of this 1st round?

For me:
-The KIDS!
-Bourque has shown he's a keeper.
-P.K. Subban proved he could perform even with all eyes turned on him.

We will get a higher draft pick this summer.

Subban was great, as usual.
Markov was better than I expected him to be.
Plekanec actually produced offensively.
Bourque was really good.
Galchenyuk looked better in the offensive zone than he did during the regular season.

After such a strong season with very little adversity, it exposed our areas of weakness. It was hard to watch but necessary considering we are still a club that's building towards being a competitor.

- Galchenyuk and Gallagher showing they can do it in the playoffs too.
- Subban becoming the Habs best player, or one of at least.
- Plekanec, pulled groin and all, laughing in the faces of those who called him "soft."
- Bourque giving me the finger for listing him as a potential buy-out.
- Tinordi getting some playoff experience and looking good.
- Dumont possibly proving why he deserves a spot on the fourth line next season, or 13th forward.
- Price was great up until the injury. So was Eller.
- Gorges with the quote of the playoffs; "****ing arrogant piece of ****! **** you!"

Subban was outstanding.
Bourque, Chuky and Gally were very good: Deserve to be rewarded and/or promoted next season...
In the "Still alot to learn/showed nice flashes/earned a regular spot for next season" Category: Jared Tinordi

Ryan White was awesome until he got hurt, he had a tough season but showed he's a guy that can be very useful when he plays smart.

Subban is a playoff beast, he prove it once again
Bourque was our best forward
Markov was surprisingly solid defensively after some bad games late in the season. The rest did him some good.
Galchenyuk/Gallagher: :handclap:
Price was good after he choked in Game 1.
Plekanec IMO was amazing.
White showed he has a place in the NHL

Early exit exposed our weaknesses. Bergevin should have no illusions. A lot of positives to build on. We had a pretty good turnaround season. It's what we do now, that determines if we continue the trend. Let's hope Bergevin gets it done.

That people realize we are still a work in progress and what we need is so clear to the management.

They will improve and make us a better team, Im confident of that.
