Playoff Roster

This is my exact line up. I think we have two second lines in that configuration. Tavares and Nylander reunited. Yes. That winger to me is Knies, or Kase, or Blackwell, or Robertson, or Abrusezze...probably in that order...of course we need to see Knies, we need Kase healthy, and we shouldn't sleep on Robertson down that depth chart.

Actually my D is less certainly. Boosh has to be in...maybe in Holl's place?

When is the last time the Leafs played a playoff game in front of a full crowd? Must be 2019 against the Bruins. Can't wait to hear that playoff crowd again. We are the 7th player in the arena, and if we play Tampa it'll be like a home and home series.

I would love to see Keefe run a Mikheyev-Tavares-Engvall/Kase line. At some point in the past couple seasons there was a Mikheyev-Tavares-Hyman line that worked really well.

I would like to see Reilly, Brodie and Gio all rotated out at some point for some rest. Reilly has been a minute munching beast for us.

We have so many good forwards when we are healthy. Our depth is better this year than any other Matthews and Marner year so far. So many options. Mikheyev is a top 6 player. He showed he had the potential before his rookie year but has not been the same since his wrist injury. I bet his year he is finally back fully healthy. He is a top 6 player no doubt. Similar story with Kase. This gives us the ability to have a HBK style 3rd line consisting of a 50 pt and 70 pt player. Engvall - Kampf are a proven commodity and should make whoever is on their wing look good enough. There is no better forward group in the league than this.

I am so done with Holl. He just looks lost out there. Has not been close to his level last year. Muzzin can be swapped out for Sandin if he does not find his game before playoffs.

Gio Lily again last night best pair of defenders on ice on either team .. pretty hard to change them up .. they are killing it out there every shift
 


While not quite as egregious, the box seems to have forgotten that there might be players in behind the box who need to be accounted for!

Holl doesn't even turn to the play when the puck goes by him and is therefore not able to tie up Huberdeau who is standing directly behind him.
