Players missing for each country

Who are some of the players NOT playing for their home country? Whether injury or NHL status, which country has been hit the hardest by players that are eligible to play, but are not ??

I've read on here that no other country is even close to Finland as far as quality of players missing from the roster goes. Is this true? What players are missing from each country?

Of course, but they're still the best team even without him, so it's not really a hit
