Player who bring something to the table every night

The key here is not just points since lots of guys do not get the ice nor PP time. Many are doing a great job whether its on ice presence, toughness...consistency in a player is everything. Coaching wise.....you need certain things from certain players. I am sure there are a lot of soft individuals that will post all types of soft yet derogatory comments..they usually go hand in hand.

But...I will start off with Tavaras,Martin,Harmonic then...well i will stop here for now since they are the three to lead this team to the future.

I know we're not going to win every game so what I really want to see is consistent hard work and effort. This season I've only seen that consistently night in and night out out of three players; Tavares, Ullstrom, and Hamonic. Martin is up there as well, but, because of his slightly less ice time and I can't put him up with that group. I've also been really satisfied with Cizikas' hard work, but, again limited time from him.

Cizikas can become one of those guys because hes a heart and soul guy with a great motor that never stops...

tavares, martin, ullstrom, cizikas, nielsen, mcdonald, aucoin, bailey, hamonic, macdonald, strait, carkner, hickey, finley, boulton.

everyone except moulson, boyes, okposo and streit (leaving out vis for now) works really hard, regularly. and those who dont are either inconsistent or just never been that kind of player.

this isn't effort, its ability. tours the problem.
