Seems a little quiet around here lately. Would you guys rather do one player at a time, or just do everybody at once?

I'll start with one, but I can change it. I'll do an average of our predictions for each player and then we can see how close we were at the end of the season. We can just assume each player will play 82 games.

Figured it would be fun to start with Stankoven,

Last year he had 14 points in 24 games (6 goals and 8 assists) obviously he's going to put up more points with more games this season, whether he's with Benn and Wyatt/Bourque, or with Robertson and Hintz. I'll go with 23 goals and 28 assists for 51 points.

I think you are bang on.

Stank: 24 goals + 26 assists = 50 points, with only 5 points on the PP

Jumping a bit ahead, but this is how I see the lines looking:

Robertson - Hintz - Johnston
I think every guy on this line hits 80+ points and 30+ goals assuming they stay healthy. Best line in the NHL.

Marchment - Duchene - Seguin
I see a lot of regression here, but still better scoring than the average 3rd line. Don't think anyone here will go much over 50 points if at all.

Benn - Bourque - Stankoven
Think this will end up being our actual 2nd line by the end of the year. Stankoven will lead the line in scoring, but they'll overall be a dangerous secondary threat. Benn around 45-50 points, Bourque a slow start but picks it up in the 2nd half, and Stankoven with what I mentioned above.

I think both Seguin and Doosh get 55-ish, and Hintz/Wyatt top out at low 70s. Wyatt could go higher if the PP gets a fresh look

Speculating point totals is fun. Gets the blood flowing in the right direction
