GDT: PIT vs PHI Tue Feb 25 @7pm

I can hardly wait until the time comes when Sullivan and Torts are going head to head every season on who can screw up the development of their drafted talent the fastest and in the dumbest ways possible. Torts has a head start but only because the Penguins don't have any comparable talent yet to utterly mismanage.

Thank god Grz is ok enough to be traded and Glass is off Geno’s line…mixed bag though as our new Belarusian is still not in the lineup lol…he’s really got to be fully indoctrinated in Sullivan’s ace defensive system before he can play …. I guess he doesn’t know yet how to wave his stick, not take the body and lose his man…

Holy shit are they finally getting Glass the f*** off L2?

Or did I already miss this? I haven't been keeping up and for a change I don't feel at all bad about that.

Heinen and Beau with Geno... poor guy. Why not put Tomasino with Geno so he at least has someone with an iota of offensive talent on his line? In the process, you also might help a young guy develop. But what do I know

When it comes to Sullivan and Geno... the cruelty IS the point.

He's only OK letting one guy on the team get his points and try to make something of this miserable season and that guy sure ain't Makin,

Agreed wholeheartedly. In terms of hockey IQ, it's pretty clear that our only wingers ahead of him are Rust, Rakell, and maybe Bunting. The kid should be playing with Geno.
 
It's a good thing Geno cares way less about his linemates than this place does, cuz he'd probably have demanded a trade in the Shero years when they had him playing with like f***in Taylor Pyatt and Chris Bourque or whatever bullshit they'd thrown at the wall at the time. :laugh:

But how will we score with Nieto out of the line-up?!?

If I weren't all for tanking I would care more who is on L2, as it is I am at least relieved that Sullivan finally realized that Glass-Malkin-Bunting couldn't score in a brothel. Baby steps!
