Nice win (which is the most important.) Was hoping Matthews would pot one. Drai is gaining ground!

Great special teams, at least on the PK side of things. Great physicality, pretty decent effort minus the first half of the second period.

Not much else to say, good win against a garbage team.

Gio was good. Blackwell was fine.

Here’s a word I haven’t used to describe our D in a LONG time, stingy. That was a solid defensive effort. Good goaltending. They won us the game on a night our forwards weren’t in sync.

Mrazek made some solid saves when called on. Good for him to get this win!

Pretty easy looking win. They didn't play their best, but they did a pretty good job taking care of Mrazek. The Tavares line was really good, except on the score sheet

Overall a very good game for Gio.

He is such a charismatic presence sire..... he looks like an hollywood actor. A real presence to it sire. Total gangsta. With him, we might win the stanley cup this season

Giordiano looks 50 years old on the bench. You gotta love that grey. Others respect his ass.

Legit one of the most physical games from this team.

Pumped for this defense to be healthy and work out the small kinks.

This team looked pretty balanced to me and our stars could have lit up the scoreboard with some of those chances.


I'm buying a black jersey.

Gio-Liljegren were beasts. Smart of Keefe to start Gio with our best RHD.

Our defense suddenly looks real deep if they can keep that level of play up

Holl pissed me off on that second goal but all night otherwise he played well. He's played well for a while now. I was all over him before but he's not going anywhere this year.

It's kinda the same with Engvall.

The team is what it is so I'm going to try and cheer them on the best I can. Engvall and Mik with shorties tonight. Pk is lethal.

Mzarek looked solid. That's all leafs need.

Let's go beat up the Habs. Go Leafs Go.

Team D was solid, kept players to the outside and when they did break through Mzarek was there.
