A good song and the correct mood. Although I used to have their South of Sanity cds and played it on my discman constantly, back in the saddle wasn’t my favorite one on the 2 disc set.

so the Philly Phlyers. They are an odd team to figure out. Some games they look like they belong in playoff picture hunt and others, not so much. Toronto just shut them out. They do have key injuries but I would be surprised if Ellis isn’t in the game today.

With Ellis returning their defense is quite a solid bunch with Risto the one question mark. The offense is deep but they lack center depth with Hayes out, although Brassard is doing well early. The top line is especially dangerous.

I expect a very tough game. Flyers have struggled to score goals with 3 total in their last 3. Hopefully we get on the forecheck early and often, minimize the mistakes and penalties, and get on the scoreboard early.

ill be attending my first game live in some time. Im pretty excited. With a 7 hour drive ahead of me, hopefully I make it for the start. Hence the early thread cuz im going to be on the road for most of the day.

Thanks. Hopefully the Canes make it easy for me. Trying to sell replays when the team is playing like ass is near impossible. It's always "Here's a 90 mph shot that went well wide" or "Here's a goal against. See how all your players are 20 ft away from the goal scorer?"
