My research is just watching college throughout the year so I'd lean college position player- Neto or Gilbert if I had a choice.

Yeah Randolph had the old school front foot thing going on. Things fell apart in AA. The hand load/hitch is similar though. Believe they played in the same part of Georgia also.

They also sent him out to the second least valuable defensive position the second he was drafted and any other skills he had went to the waste-side.
