Well, I don't think the two scenarios are the same here.
Wentz had that "MVP year" and then two years of showing a flash here and there while being mediocre most of the time (and the injuries).
Hurts has improved, and we have another year before we have to make any decisions. And also, there seem to be zero concerns about his leadership/locker room/coachability.
