The replacement would probably be someone like Patricia. No one is optimistic about the Eagles’ chances as is, but learning a whole new system under a new head coach in a week is basically punting the year. Might as well see how it plays out and reevaluate in the offseason.
I mean they should think about getting rid of him after the year. There is something clearly off with this team.

Make Stoutland the Interim HC and give him a pay bump for the next two weeks.

Take care of the only one worth a damn.

:sarcasm:

Edit: Hell, let Big Dom try out being the DC too to circumvent his suspension.

Yeah something is deeply rotten and it’s hard to tell as fans because we don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes. On one hand Siriani is the captain and everything flows through or starts with him, on the other hand he got us to the Super Bowl last year. My hunch is that Hurts has been injured all year. If he’s not a threat like a running back who can get 80+ yards a game, he’s a middling starter. I’d like to see how he looks next year as a legit running threat Hurts can be a game changer as far as play calling

Oh yeah, I forgot. Mariota would have won that game (if he played Defense)!
REAL AND TRUE

Finished back reading. People posted what I expected, I've spent too much time with the homies so it's all predictable now.

Never wanted to draft the guy. Never wanted to pay the guy. But he's been more detrimental to the team by playing hero ball and by playing hurt. It's easy for defenses now. The offensive playcalling is non existent. The defense is like Juan Castillo level bad. But Howard had to run it back on a Super Bowl run off an easy as heck schedule last year. This team was never approaching a dynasty. There were too many spots where they aged and they didn't have the young talent that developed to pick up the slack. But it's going to be fascinating to see what happens and if a certain GM can weasel his way out of another albatross contract that should not have been given.

Hurts was like 22nd on my list of problems today to be fair.

Look at it this way. We'll see what the team is made of, facing a ton of adversity. Yeah, I don't see the Cowboys losing to the Commanders. Even if they do, we still have to beat the Giants for homefield in the playoffs right? lol.

Last year was a breeze, with little to no adversity. It's looking really bleak right now as they're still looking for their true identity coming into the final week of the season. I'm intrigued to see how thing play out both next week and in the playoffs.

The defense is bad and the body language of a lot of the offensive players isn't promising. Not having homefield advantage might work to our advantage as it seems like they're feeling the pressure from the fans at the stadium lol

Right now their safeties and linebackers are so bad. If they can just find average ones I think things will be alot better for 2024.

2023 is over, I do have some optimism for 2024 though.
