So we're going to ban plays just because a team has perfected it?
Let's ban passing the football next because there are teams who have too good a QB.
It hasn't formally been proposed up to this point yet. This has happened for like 2 years now
Would they basically revert back to the old rules? Or were those NCAA only? Thinking of the Notre Dame - USC Bush Push that was illegal at the time but uncalled

"Hip drop and the tush push were in the same conversation three years ago," Vincent told Battista. "A year ago, we felt like let's just focus in on the hip-drop tackle, and the tush push, just say, hey, the Philadelphia Eagles, they just do it better than everybody else. But there are some concerns. Our health and safety committee has laid that out today with a brief conversation on the injury report. There's some challenges, some concerns that they'll share with the broader group tomorrow. But the tush push will become a topic of discussion moving into March."
Why are you taking a victory lap like you solved the hip-drop tackle? lol. the rule change didn't do shit last year. When I see defensive 'injuries' from the tush push it's usually not from the defenders who are directly in front of the QB. It's because of defenders trying to dive in from two positions down the line.
I mean it is, no doubt, but him also being pushed unquestionably aids him as well.Banning pushing the QB wouldn't stop the Eagles. Just line up 2 blockers along side of him to crash behind the linemen. Hurts' leg strength is still off the charts
Gonna have to wait for the Pro Day to get his testing.
Still 1 game under just regular season, which is wild to me.Found out listening to Ray Didinger today that after this past season, it's the first time the Eagles have been over .500 in franchise history.
We're 2 wins over the threshold.
Wowowowow
This is a strange story. He’s either going to be out for 8 weeks or going to “prove” he didn’t need surgery. Like, what are we doing here?
