What can we get for a slightly used Phil Kessel, it's not working out in Vegas. Cap hit would need to be similar but interested to see what we could cram in his place and see if that works.

He does have a 12 team M-NTC.... but since when has that stopped us.

I always love guys with limited value having limited NTC's or NMC's.....

You’re gonna have to scratch him first. The main reason the Coyotes couldn’t trade him last year is teams were afraid of “the streak”. There were teams who wanted him, Nashville was the most prominent team, but teams weren’t sure if he was good enough anymore(he’s not) to be an every day player.

I'd do it, we could play "Future Considerations" either one in his place for a game

That actually makes a lot of sense. His ironman streak is incredible. And no team will want to interfere with it. I don't blame them.

I love Pill Kessel, and would be thrilled to have him back in Toronto somehow. But I don't think the current Leafs could guarantee he gets in every game.

Is it not working out in Vegas because you thought they were getting 2016 Kessel and it is 2023? Or is it not working out cause your coach is playing him on the 3rd line averaging 12 minutes a night?

Kessel is still 5th on the team in goals/60.
