Clearly NY improved big time.
I've put together some stats, and its pretty clear that the performance change in extraordinary.
I'm not an advanced stats guy, so maybe someone can chime in on that part of it. Clearly in conventional statistics like GF, GA, and ROW, we've improved materially.
