Our old bug a boos come out. Crappy special teams and can’t score. Dillons penalty turned the tide.

What a miserable game. Jets get shutout and Dillon made a boneheaded play. I wasn't paying that much attention after the 5 minute major, so I don't have any good feeling for how the lines worked. I know I didn't see enough work being done to get into the soft areas of the ice again. The Pens pretty easily defended against the Jets.

Depth players at the deadline wont help much, this team needs another scorer. Good luck getting one with the prices being asked

Team is holding their sticks too tight when they fall behind. Take the major away and the Jets were by far the better team.

Barron may have been the best forward tonight, 4th line the best line.

Cannot be a contender with both special teams as trash as this. You can absorb it if one of them is trash but not both. Pens have one of the worst PPs in the league and they score 2. Leafs were on like a 10 game cold streak last game on the PP and they score 2.

Pionk was awful. This is the player that worries me the most going into the playoffs. A couple of terrible plays by him giving scoring chances to other team when the Jets had them hemmed in in the 3rd.

55 was good. The other 2 guys on his line... not so much.

4th line looks good.

Thought Scheifele was the best Jet by a big margin, skating looked good didn't looked like he favoured anything, goal taken away

Shots on goal showed that it was goalie vs goalie and Jarry is on a shutout roll.
Jets had some trouble shaking off the Rust but will be using penetrating oil the next game. Not as bad as the score showed. Dillon’s absence showed how valuable and necessary he is.
Team should be properly pissed off and ready for Philly.
