I doubt it. If Buffalo is moving Cozens they are going to want blue chip pieces back. I would think you'd see something like MacTavish out of Anaheim for Cozens or some type of similar play.

When they traded Jake and refused to fire a coach that continues to lose that sends a message to the fans. Which is we are not trying to win on any given night. Yeah, the fans that pay for tickets aren’t going to appreciate that.

We'll see how good it is. It's a one off tournament with no tradition, history, or prestige crammed in middle of an already brutally long NHL season with only 2 days of practice that excludes some of the best hockey countries. I could very easily see this being a glorified exhibition where the main goal is to not get hurt so that you don't hurt your NHL team.

I don't think that's going to happen as I think there'll be too many proud, competitive guys who'll want to go full bore wearing their country's jersey and once a few start the rest will join in.

It could be a mess due to a lack of training. But then, that might be more entertaining than well-drilled hockey.
