It really doesn't feel at all like Pittsburgh has had 45 shots. Even all their powerplays didn't seem that dangerous

Leafs had more high danger shots and chances by a long shot. Leafs also have played a little more "defensive" in the 3rd while the Penguins have been just desperately shooting. Leafs also had a lot more penalties.

This was a very highly competitive game. Campbell was very good but the Leafs played well offensively infront of him.
