So much good stuff here! Nick talked to O'Sullivan about playing for Crawford, Avery as a teammate, and his thoughts watching the team that he was supposed to grow up with win the 2012 Cup.

Also, he talked about Rob Blake as captain, and I know a lot of people still harbor resentment toward Blake for 2001, but after reading this, any negativity I had is gone. There's a full transcript of the interview at the very bottom of this article by the way:

This was Part 2 of Nick's interview. Part 1 is here:

awesome interview

sully will always be one of my favorite kings and it was sad to see him go. I'm glad he's doing well. best wishes to him and his family

Great read.

Just more reasons to dislike Crawford and Avery. Still can't believe Crawford acted that way and even kicked him once knowing his history

Further proof of how much of a piece of **** Marc Crawford really is. Not in the least bit surprised given the role he played in the whole Steve Moore incident.

Despite having to play for that turd, glad to see that O'Sullivan enjoyed his time in LA, and it is really telling to see how many players hold Rob Blake to high regard. Shows how much he means to a locker room and how little fans know about the player and what he means to his peers.

I've always liked Rob Blake.

I give him a pass on the past issues. Kings teams back then were absolutely horrible. I can understand hating the losing and wanting to be on a winning team before retiring.

I have no problem with Rob Blake. He signed an autograph for me a few times and was cool.

Judge those based on how they treat you and others and seems like the sentiment with players, fans and teammates is that Blake is a good guy.
