I'd like to see a quality start from Spencer Knight + good energy + fewer gaffes. Even if they don't win, lose 2-1 on a deflection or some shit. I know this team can score, it's actually been scoring quite effectively. Need to see them keep the puck outta the net.

Exactly. Given where the Atlantic is, I'm not too concerned (yet) if we lose but more how we do it. If we lose in a low-scoring grinding game - the sort of game we excel at playing - I'd be disappointed but OK with it. It's these huge blowouts where we look like we can't play d that are really concerning.

Kuligod should take out Wilson like he did to Rempe and that would be a good start

So did Bob just age horribly over the summer or is this just his usual slow start?

And no, I dont agree it's all Bob's fault. I think coverage has been pretty lame. I dont think we give up many chances but the chances we give up are slam f***ing dunks lol.

I mean he leaves one side of the net open why can’t he move sideways faster when they pass, the puck is going less than 100mph

Don't thank me for this :rolly:

I'm not sure what the weird situation you keep referencing with Knight is? Are you referring to people on other sites? I think I might be by far the most negative poster about Spencer Knight on HFBoards, and I'm really happy with how he's playing this season + would like to see him start more games.

It's mostly Twitter.

we have plenty of opinions around already, don't need to import randos from twitter to support your point.

if these models were the objective truth, then you wouldn't have to bludgeon us with them. but they aren't.
I sometimes reference opinions which I feel underrepresented there.

Well, if goalie performances are 100% dependable on defence, then it means Ducks have the best team defense right now because Dostal has insane numbers...which is absurd.

Models can be occasionally misleading on 20-game distance, but I think they're rarely absolutely contradict reality at this point

I mean, I saw a lot of backdooring last game I thought it was a porno. Tough for Bob to save those when they are tap ins
