4th line is getting dominated. Not sure what you do with that other than play them less. Asking them to take d-zone draws is just asking for 90 seconds of running around in the d-zone.

We had the second best PP in the league and then decided to switch Nylander and O’Rielly for some reason.

Don’t think that’s specifically the reason why it’s bad, but we went from having 2 distant shooters on it to 1.

pp always seems better for that brief transition period where nylander is on but the first pp unit hasn't entirely changed yet

Target the defense, they have montour whose had a great year but he is prone to Jake gard type gaffes.

Pressure him and he will fail to make a clean exit. We can capitalize on that

Gudas also doesnt like when hes being pressured due to his limited mobility now a days

Get bob moving side to side and he will be panacking

The panthers give up chances. They play an up tempo shot for shot style defe sively and when they have the zone try to frind it out but make some poor decisions in terms of aggressiveness

The panthers will give opportunities, we need to be ready and capitalize

Hence why I said it should have 2 goals by now. The finish/rebounds ending up on Knies stick cost us. He's still learning the game which is totally understandable but you can't have that in the playoffs.

He is capable of dominating in the bottom 6 so that's where he should be. Let the learning Commence again in the regular season.

Getting our chances, but the Panthers are generating turnovers in aggressive forechecks our D are slow to cover their faster forwards. I can see us getting more the other way already though than the last series. With a bounce around the net we could be at least tied. 2nd period should see our legs catching up.

Florida doesn't need to out chance a team. They can bury it with less opportunities.

The issue in the Bruins series was the Tkachuk line. ZAR-Kampf-Kerfoot is nowhere near good enough to contain them.

Its purposely being done. Which is insane. Keefe needs a top nine unit (preferrably the Bunting-O'Reiily-Acciari line) that can match their toughness and offence.
