Lilly has been noticeably good, Gio looks slow, McCabe is noticeably bad.

So Tampa is levels above Florida in terms of structure and discipline. Leafs got roped into playing sloppy run and gun, but if they go back to playing their system they should be able to take care of the Panthers.
