Subpar first period for a home game. But that's ok. Make some adjustments and understand that the top line forecheck is going to do some damage. Need to maximize our TOI vs the other 3 lines. Great period Sammy
Okay good no last minute goal. Keep at it boys. We are still in this game. Disappointed our powerplay didn't strike there. So many chances you got to bury those.

Never feel good about being down one after one but that’s about as close as you can get. If the leafs man up on the wall they’re going to get a lot of chances if the game continues this way

I'm not worried so far. We are losing and playing sloppy but still getting the kind of chances I would expect to score in eventually. Have to kill this penalty though.
Would personally like to see Knies and Bunting switch. I'm thinking Keefe wants the third line to be more of a shut down line though.

i really do wish we had a Tkachuk who is a skilled player but also not afraid to lay hits and take hits and mix it up.
evrey playoff getting tired of watch nylander and marner try to "dance" their way through. Works in regular season doesnt work in post season unfortunately. hopefully they wake the F up soon
