It's not lame. Empty net goals are his signature goals too. And, you never know if he can get injured or something happens. A goal is a goal. Why would this one be lame if so many of them are part of the 894 goals he scored?

The devil is a lie. If that net is empty, Gretzky is gonna be standing the whole time using whatever godlike powers he has to will that record breaking goal into the net
