Oh so you already know sire That there keeps you alive. Also I would recommend a bay leaf on some hot water, it lowers inflammation if you have one sire. It cures the bad off for surely that one. It's been used for thousands of years. Its actually good "tea" when you drink it strraight up. I will never give that up neither sesire.
