Speculation: Our Roster - Who Stays, Who Goes?

If you were the GM, which players on the current roster would you keep/re-sign for next season based on their performances in the regular season/playoffs?

My list would be:

Matthews
Tavares
Nylander
Hyman
Kerfoot
Galchenyuk
Spezza
Robertson
Brooks

Rielly
Brodie
Muzzin
Holl
Sandin
Bogosian
Liljegren

Campbell

I would trade Marner for the best package available and use the available cap space to fill out the remaining forward spots with good players that can also play a playoff brand of hockey when necessary.

I like Dermott, but we will likely lose him in the expansion draft and Sandin needs to start developing at the NHL level. If we re-sign Bogosian, our defense core that was very competent will stay largely intact and Liljegren can rotate into the lineup on occasion to start getting his feet wet in the NHL.

We don't need to tear it down at this point. There is already a solid foundation in place.
