Starts half an hour after the canadian juniors. Remote finger will get a workout. Much more intense battle for the Sens that i hope they find a way through.

As Yorkie said, this'll be great motivation for these guys.

I hope the coaches are able to get the guys over the nerves they get when bad goals go in.

One bad one in and they suddenly try to do too much because they don't believe the goalie can stop em, and then that dominoes into actually unsavable goals. No coincidence that goals when we get bad goaltending tend to come in pairs or triples and close together.

At least it was a short tobbogan ride from Winnipeg to Minnie. Back to back is fine, just rip the bandage off of this road trip and move on. Merilainen will be the most interesting, and hopefully boring, part of the game to watch now that he has time and games with the team under his belt.

The out of town scoreboard has not been nice to us lately, we NEED two points, a 6 game win streak starts to get nullified when you've already went on a 5 game losing streak earlier in the season along with a current 2 game slide. Never lose more than 2 in a row is the motto regardless of who is in net if you want to make the playoffs.

Even Montreal is closing the gap

Pinto has been more dangerous than Norris when you remove PP time so I hope he makes the most of his audition in the top 6.

Norris needs to get out of his head with the double clutching on the PP and shit. Teams flat out disrespect him and get away with it because he can't one time it or even snap it quickly after receiving a pass. It makes life harder on Stutzle, Batherson, Tkachuk and Sanderson.

Hopefully Merilainen can continue to build on the solid foundation he has shown so far this year. Not amazing goaltending but goaltending a team can live with when they play like they did yesterday.
