With the team's first exhibition game down in Toronto tomorrow, I figured it was time to start a 2015 thread.

Training Camp Talking Points

- Omar Jarun yet to report: The aging centreback was left off the Palestine team at this winter's Asian Cup, and with the likes of Rafael Alves and Colin Falvey having joined the team, there may not be a place for him. Interesting considering he signed a two-year deal at the end of last season.

- New faces: Paulo Junior, Andy Wiedeman, Rafael Alves, and Mike Randolph are all poised to play big roles with Marc Dos Santos' team in 2015. Junior and Wiedeman will be looked to for goals, something the team struggled with last season.

- Youth movement: Mohamed Dagnogo, formerly of the Montreal impact academy, will travel with the first team to Toronto for tomorrow's friendly. At just eighteen, he represents part of the youth movement that Marc and Phil Dos Santos are hoping will transform the club over the next few years.

Preseason Schedule:
03/06 @ TFC II (USL Pro)
03/13 v. Rochester Rhinos (USL Pro)
03/20 @ FC Montreal (USL Pro)
03/28 @ Syracuse University (NCAA)
03/31 @ Wake Forest (NCAA)

GOAL!!! Matthew Foschini converts the rebound off a corner to make it 3-2 for Fury FC

Who is Matthew Foschini?? only one i can find is he is a Australian footballer aged 23, must be on trial. I now see on Fury website he is a "guest player" whatever that means.

Fury beat TFC II 3-2, with a disallowed goal as well. Misik has, according to multiple folks, been a revelation during the pre-season and picked up a goal this afternoon. Paulo Junior took approximately ten minutes to open his account for Fury FC.

Good result in what was by all accounts a testy affair against TFC's B team.

Rochester rolls into Gatineau next weekend.

Defender Omar Jarun and the club have mutually agreed to part ways. Jarun's new club will be independently announced.
