Other than the Kings, who do you think will win the West?

Can't pick us, but pick who you think are the two most likely teams to capture the conference title.

I'm saying Chicago, because they are playing unreal right now, and Vancouver. I think vancouver has a lot to prove and I think are in a similar position to what we were in in 1993. Everyone thought we'd make our run in 1991 or 1992, but by 1993 we were supposed to be a bit to old/slow/whatever to make that big push, plus Gretzky was still trying to round into shape and we were unclear who our number one was (Stauber/Hrudey). Same thing applies to the Nucks, they are getting older, Kesler is still trying to round into shape and they have a lot of question marks in net, especially with the injury to Schnieder popping up.

Also, who do you think will flop?

I'm picking Anaheim. Boudreau's teams always do well in the regular season but get outmatched in the playoffs.

Chicago is the safe boring pick ... sure reality might win out, but ... IF, and I see no glaring reason why the Kings can't make the push to repeat, but if we can't ... then personally it would be St. Louis Blues for similar reasons as to why it was so great seeing the Kings win it after 44 years ... would be great for that franchise, its fans and for Hockey.
