Terrible for competitive balance to alow this without severe cap limits to rectify the unfairness of this system..

Apparently teams cannot sign 14 year okds to binding co tracts..but itviscsort of an advance co tract which does not officially bond till the kid is 16..
I thought 26 was not a legal monorceotger but somehow MLB gets around this.
