There have been plenty of trades, but the reason for what you're describing is because teams simply don't trade their elite goalies, they keep them to maintain their competitiveness.
He's playing behind the team that Mrazek has a .923 behind last season. Seems that goaltending is a little harder in Toronto than Carolina, no matter what the stats say. Andersen is better than Mrazek and Campbell but he also has a tendency of being a bit undependable. He rarely stood on his head and won games by himself for Toronto and he never had the second effort type saves. We should have went all in on Demko when he was rumored to be available as Canucks tried to sign Markstrom. Though...who knows how available he really was.
