Spreading the offence and size out
That doesn’t justify Chiasson on the first line.

He’s due for the former oilers goalThat doesn’t justify Chiasson on the first line.
Boeser being out does. Often NHL coaches rather not shake up their lines as much as possible with short injuries. So they throw guys like Chiasson up to fill the hole. That doesn’t justify Chiasson on the first line.
I think now is when we find out if Nuge can still be a line driver. It would be pretty remarkable to see that resurface on his own line, but I agree with you. I can't see that line doing amazing things at this point. Maybe if they had some more size. I wonder if trying Foegle there instead of Yamamoto would do anything. But then I wonder if we are using Yams correctly, I don't think he should be on a grinding line like our 3rd line is going to be.I like all 3 players, but Hyman - Nuge - Yams does not look like a 2nd line that will able to carry place and score consistently. I love them as complimentary players but they need line drivers.
Nuge has had maybe one stretch of 20 games his entire career that he drove a line. That’s not a part of his game.I think now is when we find out if Nuge can still be a line driver. I think putting him as the 3C with options to bump him up to the wing on the second line would be ideal. But what do I know.Nuge has had maybe one stretch of 20 games his entire career that he drove a line. That’s not a part of his game.
Good I can mute the panel and not miss the PBP but then I realize I’m back to Singh and it’s NOOOOOOOOOO all over again.

You know you want Singh as PBP, Cassie as Color commentary and a returning ROGER MILLIONS as host
Stubborn as a mule, eh Tipp? Or perhaps a creature far more ancient than a mule.
Good grief McDavid/Draisatl/RNH/Ryan as our centers please.
I'm sorry, Tippett is an absolute stud of a coach who should be in charge of Team Canada at Beijing. It's only due to bad luck that he doesn't have any Stanley Cups. How dare I, let alone anyone else, question the best coach in the NHL, nay, all sports. Here we go again
TV on mute if that's the case, lolYou know you want Singh as PBP, Cassie as Color commentary and a returning ROGER MILLIONS as host
