I've been to one in Columbia. The store looked like it hadn't seen any kind of remodeling or technical upgrade since the 90s. Interestingly enough it was considered to be one of the chains more "upscale" stores.

I've heard less than flattering stories about some of their small town stores, like taking old produce and putting it on a "bargain shelf" instead of throwing it out.

Can't deny though, there are a lot of southern girls who can definitely rock those 'I dig the pig' shirts. :nod:

I have family that live in Huntsville, AL that've taken me to the Piggly Wiggly off hwy 72. I have indeed wandered their halls and danced their aisles.

I have shopped at many Piggly Wigglys throughout the southern regions of the United States and have never been disappointed.
