Olives: I used to hate them! Now, I can eat a few of those from times to times. I think they are pretty good.

When I was kid, there was a lot of stuff I didnt like: olives, salad, pickles, mustard. And my dad loved them. So I'm thinking: are those ''adult food'' we just get used to eat as we grow older?

Discuss but please dont turn this into a Dale Weise bashing thread

Not a huge fan, but I throw 'em on pizzas without a second thought and olive oil always comes in handy; and not just for Turkish wrestling.

But yeah, your palate gets a little more sophisticated as you get older. I eat and enjoy a bunch of 'stuff' now that I wouldn't touch as a kid.

Agree with you on olive oil, actually. Only cooking fat I like to use.

I'll eat food with spinach now. Wouldn't as a kid. But it's pretty flavorless. Love asperagus.

I think I just know better cooks/places to eat, now. Makes foods more palatable.

All the things you listed besides taco salad and Caesar salad are disgusting. Pickles are nasty and people who deep fry them should be taken behind the barn.
