Idk how much merit I put into stuff like this, but money puck gives us the higher chance of winning vs opponent for every remaining game.

It's really is strange how this organization views Yamamoto a tier above the likes of Foegele, McLeod, Kostin and Ryan when in reality, he's probably the worst of them all.
His lack of finish has been egregious. The effort is always there and he seems to do the right things but there’s no getting over him getting knocked off every puck and missing gimme’s. Would love to see Kostin or McLeod (when he’s back) get a chance up top.

Not really that strange every team has that one guy that the fans are like WTF but the team and players love. That’s Yammo for us.

I do wonder if starting Skinner is the right move here. Seattle game is important and is a early afternoon game. I hope we dont drive him into the ground trying to secure a playoff spot when were like a 98% lock.

I'd even give Bjugstad a shot as well.

Yamamoto is in a spot where he does more good in a top line situation than he would in a bottom 6 line...like he'd be detrimental to the bottom 6 guys and it's better for them if he's not on their line .. he can't play unless it's with top talent and that's where he's able to sometimes be effective. Honestly I was a big fan of his last year but there's only been a few moments this year where he looks like he belongs.

Big game against a contender, so it should be a good game. Ottawa game was a little too easy, so I want to see a good bounce back from the leaf game in this one.

Also very much in favour of Foegele with Drai and Nuge. Thought he could play well with them if he continues his disruptive style of play, and he did in the last game.
