Site and CHL app must be having a big time glitch at least last night anyways when I was skimming scores.

If you mean yesterday, yes .
If you mean since they 'streamlined ' last fall .
Yes .
It's a mess.

It doesn't work properly ( at least with my Samsung cell phone).

For a league that touts itself as the best development league in the world, they sure dropped the ball on this .
And , apparently no end in sight .
