Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The admin team will continue to work on existing issues, templates and upgrade all necessary available addons to minimize impact of this new version. Click Here for Updates
Last time we closed the Tank thread, the team spiralled into a slump. We've been advised by Molson's lawyers to keep this mutha' open.
And yes, their court injunction includes the word, "mutha".

Bad pick and no playoffs, starting to feel like Gainey is running the team again.
Gainey missed the playoffs once in his 6 years tenure.
Totally different situations. Gainey went all-in to win. Hughes is going all-in to develop a young core. In the end, Gainey's plan didn't work. Hughes' plan is making progress, which means the team slowly gets better and better.Bad pick and no playoffs, starting to feel like Gainey is running the team again.
We want the Habs to improve. Finishing bottom-5 only happens if the roster regresses, which means the rebuild is failing.

This will inevitably happen at least one year in pretty much all rebuilds. You don't go from bottom 5 to playoffs in a year most of the time it's a processs. What's important is to not lose vets for nothing while not manking the playoffs. That's the mistake to avoid. You got to keep the value of your assets on else you wont make any progress.
