You're likely gonna kill @ProspectsFanatic when he notices the notification, as he'll likely think it's his pick and get excited
There are 2 teams who have already chosen 5 times before he gets to choose once

Was hoping Demin or Topping would fall to the third. Real good picks. The team getting Topping will be happy.

He put the emoji because I was the next GM, so PM'ing was meaningless

It wasn't directed at you, don't worry, but some posters weren't as indicative, or had 2 picks in a row ;)

Montreal Canadiens' draft so far:

3 - Adam Boqvist
35 - Bulat Shafigullin
38 - Jonny Tychonick
56 - Jack Drury
57 - Allan McShane

A little bit disappointed that some of my picks came off the table in the middle of the 2nd round, but am still happy overall so far.

Nice picks, by the way, especially like the bold gamble on Shafigullin, the type of player an organization can afford to take with 4 2nd rounders. (even though he isn't ranked anywhere, not even in the NHL Central Scouting EU, that's something )

Love the McShane pick, I like your evaluation as a middle 6 centre. I see him kind of at the same level as a Jake Evans type. It was between him and Wise for me at 51 and I went with Wise because I see a bit of a higher offensive potential, but they were really close for me.

I likely would’ve chosen Wise if he was available for me at 56, that’s good value for Wise whether you’re a big fan of his or not.

McShane and Drury were the last 2 centres in my top 45, so I’m glad I was able to pick up some centre depth with the 4 2nd round picks.

Im fine with Drury or McShane in the 2nd, but not both in the same draft int he 2nd. Id be mad on draft day. Though Bulat and Jony are, so, so nice.

I hesitated for a long time between Hillis and Marchenko. Good pick by Arizona.

Pick #58
With our first pick in the 2018 NHL Draft the Las Vegas Knight are proud to select from the Ottawa 67's in the OHL.
Kevin Bahl LD 6’5” 195Lbs

Huge raw defenseman with underrated puck handling and distribution skill, he plays a physical game and gets his long stick into lanes and uses his reach to defend. Make a good first pass out of his end. Will support the rush, has a willingness to carry the biscuit, he is a good stickhandler and passer too. His size and upside clearly points to him getting his name called sooner than expected.

I was really hoping for a FW but I had this point I hope that the other guys that I really like could just keep falling.

Boston @JeffreyLFC you on the clock for pick #59

That's queer. I didn't get an alert from @ProspectsFanatic.

Anyways, Winnipeg selects from HV71 C David Gustafsson.

And with that, the last dude in my first round is selected. Pretty stoked. Not sure who I'm supposed to @.

edit: @Natey you up
I was going with either Gustafsson or McShane. It's hard to ignore that SHL production even if you don't feel as though he'll produce at the next level.
