Guys.

Srs, GUYS!

I bought one of those drones that comes with an app that you can put onto your phone or tablet device to operate last night. I never ever even flown one of these things but I'm literally flying one right now while i'm typing this (well it's more just hovering because I don't want to crash it while typing this right now) but srs, this thing is ****ing AWESOME!

I can literally see stuff from a view I'm not customed to seeing because I'm literally not a bird or a bug or a plane or whatever, but I now have views like one of those things!

Anyone else have DRONES?

My buddy bought one too, mainly to take aerial views of his home so he can put those up on redfin to better-market his house he's selling soon ( he has a big yard and the drone will probably make it even more appealing)

But when he's done snapping pics of his "estate" I'm suggesting we have aerial drone-fights and start a drone "fight-club" to have IRL sky-battles for the WIN!

Other drone type stuff on your mind? TYPE IT ALL OUT IN THIS THREAD! I'll listen and comment and take any of your drone advice because I'm a drone "newb" and could use some tips and tricks!

Yeah that drone was a ton of fun, but I ended up crashing it about a month ago. I was flying it at the park and I read trying to impress this one chick with my drone skills and did a sick barrel roll. Needless to say she was impressed. So as we were talking I had the drone hovering not far from us. So to get her digits I put the remote in my pocket. One of the controls got caught on my pocket and the drone took off and hit a branch. So that ended up screwing it up pretty badly. Worst part is when it fell to the ground it got her shoulder and she was so mad she left without my number
