All I'd really like is to not include Moreno in a deal for JRam. I also think morale wise they do their best to not include Gurriel. I don't know, these deals are sometimes the hardest to manufacture because it'll take from your main roster and I think Gurriel brings those "intangibles" to the squad. Guessing Kirk would be involved, most likely Groshans (or maybe even Martinez) as well. Whatever else comes next might be the sticking point.

Moreno and Manoah are no ways for me personally. I read that tweet and scoffed, there's no way Cleveland has any intentions of trading him if that's the price.

?? JD was 4th in Fangraphs overall defensive value for qualified 3B between 2015-2016.

Sure there were mixed results (great range, uzr/ terrible DRS), and he's no Chapman, but he was very strong defensively at 3B for us in our contending years.

JD was a very good defender, hes no rolen or chapman. never said he was bad defensively at all, rolen was freaking amazing defensively. lol

Healthy Springer + Chapman + Healthy Biggio back at 2B should help cover the loss of Semien.

Plus if the Jays are looking to add a lefty bat to the current lineup, Ramirez in and Biggio out is a lateral move in that regard.

I'd rather just DH Grichuk. Teo's arm plays really well in right field. Also I have no idea how Kirk stays if we get Ramirez. You'd think the team prefers Danny's defense and he was showing signs of figuring it out at the plate late last season. Assuming Moreno is untouchable I'd imagine the Jays would prefer Kirk be moved.

The biggest obstacle on a Votto trade is likely his NTC.
