Hey guys I will be heading out to college in the fall and I want to play for a Junior B team in the town or one of the smaller ones nearby.
I want to make the team so I was going to start training hard this summer but I'm not really sure what I should be doing.
I'm 6'3 210, I've always gotten by on my speed but I'm looking to be the best I can be so I can make the team.
I think what I need to work on most is strength/endurance, balance and agility too.
Any ideas on what workouts I could do?
